Esta vez he optado por alternar en tramos de 10 min. el correr a 6 km.\/h. y el caminar a 5 km.\/h. para lograr una media en torno a 5,5 km.\/h. No puedo ocultar que he llegado al final, no extenuado, pero s\u00ed con preocupante <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/file\/d\/0B5XVd3PlCrPZUWZlbDVXMEQ3MDg\/edit\" target=\"_blank\">dificultad<\/a><\/span> lo cual me obliga (si quiero contar con alguna oportunidad) a replantearme la estrategia del ataque final hacia la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s conservadora que hay y esa es la de solo caminar. Soy consciente de que para algunos (al igual que para m\u00ed) representa una cierta decepci\u00f3n, pero debo ser pr\u00e1ctico pues el reto se basa en completar sin pausa un marat\u00f3n al 15% de pendiente constante para superar los 6 km. de ascensi\u00f3n (algo no logrado hasta hoy) y al igual que en cualquier prueba popular, no se impone ni el ritmo ni la modalidad de avanzar\u2026<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><em><strong>221- Buscar, de todas, siempre la mejor opci\u00f3n es el \u00fanico secreto para nunca reprocharnos cualquier tipo de error.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ayer comentaba mis percepciones antes de realizar por segunda vez un control de Medio Marathon-15% y hoy hago lo propio tras finalizar.
